At Barosché, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship and design.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
In accordance with EU law, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, allowing you to return your order without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and unwornReturned in original condition and packagingInclude any certificates, tags, and proof of purchaseYou may inspect your jewellery as you would in-store. Items showing signs of wear beyond this may be subject to a deduction for loss of value.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized jewelleryEngraved or made-to-order piecesEarrings that have been worn or unsealedReturn Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customerIf the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shippingWe recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Order Cancellation

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
