  • International: Available to most countries
  • Shipping Charges
  • Free standard shipping within Germany
  • International shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
    Order Processing
    All orders undergo quality inspection before dispatch.
  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days
  • Made-to-order/custom pieces: 5–10 business days
  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
    Estimated Delivery Times
    Delivery times depend on destination:
  • Germany: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

    Lost or Damaged Shipments
    All shipments are insured during transit.
    If your package arrives damaged:
  • If possible, refuse delivery or document the condition
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos (and unboxing video if available)
  • We will assist in resolving the issue and offer a suitable solution.
    If there are issues after delivery, please contact us — we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter.
